FEES & PAYMENT

We understand the need for a transparent fee structure so you can feel confident in what you are going to owe after our visit.

Service	Cost
Service Call Fee Minimum charge per service call, billed hourly at the same rate after the first hour.	$
Emergency Call Fee Customers are charged an emergency call fee if they request the service urgently and the technician is able to be there within one hour of the call.	$

 

All fees are subject to change. Parts and materials extra.

Payment is due immediately upon completion of service. Payment is accepted by e-transfer, cash, or cheque. An additional 2% is charged to those wishing to pay with credit card. A late fee of 2% per month (24% annually) will be charged on overdue accounts. Payment or deposit may be asked for up front for new customers.
